The development consists of (a) permission to renovate and extend the two-storey dwelling house, (b) permission to decommission the existing septic tank and permission for the installation of a wastewater treatment tank and soil polishing filter to serve the dwelling house, and (c) permission to construct a new site entrance off the private roadway to facilitate the development and all other associated site works.
