the development for Permission Consequent on the Grant of Outline Permission Ref. No. 22/925 will consist of 1. Demolition of existing agricultural shed 2. Construction of a new dwelling house with proprietary wastewater treatment system 3. Removal of agricultural gate and formation of new entrance and all associated site works.
