The (i) demolition and removal of existing LPG fuel stores, Oil tank, their associated enclosures to facilitate the proposed development, (ii) the construction of a new detached fenced enclosure housing two new small-scale non-ground source heat pump units in accordance with the Renewable Energy Directive III (RED III) Development; (iii) with all associated siteworks, services and landscaping to facilitate the proposed development.
