The Retention Planning Permission consists of the retention of changes made to existing dwelling and garage, to that granted planning permission (Ref. No. 71/822) incorporating retention permission for front porch, rear kitchen extension, extension to garage at rear, other minor alterations to dwelling, septic tank and percolation area and all associated site works.
