Permission is sought for the extension and alterations of existing semi-detached dwelling at no. 350 Kildare Road, Crumlin, Dublin 12, D12 E5W7 by John O'Rafferty. The development will consist of the following principal elements: 1) construction of a new single storey extension with pitched roof to the rear to provide for additional living space and guest bedroom with en-suite. 2) new dormer to the rear at attic level to provide for two additional bedrooms with en-suites and new roof lights. 3) alterations to internal layout, main roof and elevations and all associated site development works.
