Works to the existing Rathgormack Community/Hiking Centre consisting of the construction of a single storey flat roof extension to the South(front) & West elevation of the existing community centre building to include a multi-purpose community hub, an administration office, reconfiguration of the existing hostel sitting room, new changing room/showers & toilets to serve the existing adjacent astroturf, new external toilet to serve the existing adjoining external amenity area/playground/astroturf & all associated site works
