The development to be retained comprises alterations & revisions to development previously granted permission under ref KA/60531 including a) alterations to dwelling house including bay windows to North & North West elevation and full height gable to North East elevation in lieu of hipped gable, including minor elevation detail, b) revised garage design and size, c) revised location on site of dwelling house and garage d) revised location of domestic site entrance e) and all associated site works.
