The proposed works to make permanent include slight alterations to the car park layout, the construction of a tarmacadam surface to the car park roads, a permeable grasscrete surface to the car parking bays, additional electric vehicle charging points and underground ducting, and associated kerbing, drainage, and landscaping works.
