The proposed development includes a change of house type from that previously approved under planning ref no. 2560835 to construct a 4-bedroom 2 storey detached dwelling with all associated landscaping, site works and services. (Previous approved Planning Ref. 2560835 & Planning Ref. RA181438 and Extension of Duration Reg. Ref. 24205). All other aspects of the proposed development are to remain as previously approved.
