I, Mr. Tim Brennan seek permission within the grounds of protected structure ref C344 Gowran Castle for construction of a covered sand arena, rain-water harvesting tank, storm-water soakaways and all associated site works including the upgrading of our existing agricultural entrance located on the Mill Road, Gowran, L6718-10 which serves the proposed site at the Demesne, Gowran, Co. Kilkenny.
