The development will consist of amendments to the development permitted under Louth County Council Reg. Ref. 24/60633, comprising: 1.Revision of the permitted café layout to remove the approved kitchen and WC extension to the north of the existing courtyard buildings. 2. Amendments to the permitted café extension to south of the existing courtyard buildings. 3. Change of use of the existing covered car port to kitchen. 4. Revisions to the permitted car park layout. 5.All associated site development works, including drainage, utilities, landscaping, and ancillary services necessary to facilitate the proposed amended development.
