Alterations and additions to existing 2-storey semi-detached dormer dwelling, comprising the demolition of existing single storey extension to the gable end and rear, together with the demolition of an existing single storey entrance porch to the front elevation. The proposed works will also comprise the construction of a new single storey dormer extension to the rear of the original dwelling and the construction of a new single storey extension with new main entrance porch to the front elevation together with alterations to existing window openings and new window openings to the font side and rear elevations, including new Velux rooflights to the existing roof to the front elevation. The proposed works also include alterations to the existing vehicular site entrance to provide access for 2 vehicles, together with all ancillary site works
