PROTECTED STRUCTURE - RETENTION: : RPS: 6755 : the proposed development consists of permission for the extension and amendment of the existing car parking area serving the Cuan Aoibheann building to provide 32 car parking spaces (25 of which are new spaces proposed to be constructed with grass concrete permeable surface) and covered cycle parking and associated external lighting and retention permission for an existing hardcore stone access road originally constructed as park of Covid 19 emergency works which will be improved to an approved road standard with a permeable asphalt surface and all associated site works necessary to complete the works.
