Renovations to existing building including the replacement of original single glazed metal framed windows with double glazed UPVC windows, replacement of original timber doors with existing timber/glazed doors, replacement of original large double leaf doors with double glazed window set and the replacement of original corrugated single pitched and curved roofs with metal corrugated roofs to match the original. All original OPE sizes and ridge/eaves heights were maintained throughout.
