Permission is sought for the retention of the following to an existing three-storey dwelling house: (A) The demolition of a single-storey rear glazed porch, a single-storey side bay window, and single-storey rear outbuildings, (B) For alterations to existing front, side and rear elevations, (C) For alteration and replacement of the roof structure and (D) For alterations to the existing vehicular entrance. Permission is also sought for the construction of the following: a single-storey side bay window extension, a single-storey rear extension, a rear external porch, a first-floor rear dormer window, alterations to existing front, side and rear elevations, alterations to the existing vehicular entrance and front boundary wall (including reopening a blocked-up former pedestrian entrance), and all associated site works.
