The proposed development consist of the change of planning to that permitted under TP 21/39878 involving a slightly expanded site area, the demolition of some minor elements of the existing house (annexes to rear) and the construction of 15 no. residential units across 4 buildings including , Block A (2 storeys) comprising of 2 no. 1-bed apartments, Block B (3 storeys) comprising of 4 no. 1-bed apartments and 1 no. 2-bed apartment and Block C (2 storeys over basement-existing dwelling) comprising of 2 no. 1-bed apartments and 1 no. 2-bed apartment (retaining, repairing and changing the existing house use to apartment use) and Block D (2 storeys) comprising of 4 no. 1 bed apartments and 1 no. 2 bed apartment. The proposal seeks permission for 15 units- one unit more than the 14 permitted under 21/39878. The development will also include an internal vehicular access road, 5 no. car parking spaces, bin storage, 24 no. bicycle parking spaces, landscaping, boundary treatments and drainage and all associated site development works.
