Building 3 – 2 no. units (88.6 sq.m Gross Floor Area). ii) The provision of external hard and soft landscaping, iii) The removal of 12 no. existing trees on site, iv) The provision a doorway & ramped pedestrian access to the rear garden, v) The provision of cycle parking and alterations to the existing car parking layout, vi) Provision of all other associated and ancillary site and development works.
