Permission is sought for (1) Demolition of a section of the existing vehicular entrance wall to allow for pedestrian access from the public footpath and to improve vehicular visibility, (2) Construction of a new part two-storey/ part single-storey extension to the side, (3) Construction of new part single-storey and part single-storey and a half extension to the rear. The proposed extensions will increase the total habitable floor area from 249.4 sq.m to 431.0 sq.m, (4) Internal and elevational alterations and (5) All associated site and landscaping works.
