PERMISSION:The development will consist of demolition of and reconstruction of existing rear single storey garage and western boundary wall facing Daneswell Road, construction of new single storey kitchen extension to the rear and side, internal alterations, fabric upgrading, main roof repairs and new rooflight in rear existing roof over main stairs, replacement of existing windows and doors including bay window, new external wall insulation to rear walls, repointing of front and gable brickwork, repair/ repainting of boundary metal railings, drainage connections , landscaping and all ancillary site works.
