(a) Retention permission of as-built variations to planning application Ref. 99/711 comprising of minor alterations to the existing dwelling elevations; (b) Retention permission of domestic garage as construction; (c) Planning permission for a change of use of the existing detached garage to a habitable structure, this habitable structure to include additional rooms to existing dwelling and to be joined to dwelling via single storey extension to the existing dwelling house; (d) Installation of a new waste water treatment system and all associated site development works
