The development will consist of 1). Demolition of existing single storey extension to the side (west) and rear (south) elevations, demolition of existing sunroom to the rear (south) elevation, including the demolition of a chimney stack to the side (west) elevation. 2) Proposed new two storey extension to the side (west) elevation consisting of a gable roof to the Front (north) and hipped roof to the side (west) elevations. 3). Proposed new single storey learn to roof extension to the side (west) elevation & single storey M-shaped roof extension to the rear (south) elevation including new 6no. roof lights. 5). Proposed changes to all elevations included internal alternations to floor plans. 6). Including all associated site works.
