retention permission is sought for modifications to the fenestration and facade treatment of the existing building and minor internal reconfiguration of layouts from that as permitted under Reg. Ref. 03/1214. Permission is now sought for development comprising a change of use of the existing building from residential to office use ancillary to the Killashee House Hotel. The proposed development also comprises a minor internal alteration by way of addition of a dividing screen at ground floor level in the existing dining room. 5 no. car parking spaces are proposed including 1 no. accessible parking space and 1 no. EV charging point. The proposal includes all site services, drainage works and ancillary site development works. There are no works proposed to the existing Protected Structure within the grounds of Killashee House Hotel as part of this planning application
