The development will consist of; i) Demolition of non-original basement and ground floor extension to the rear of existing dwelling, ii) construction of a new 2 storey over basement 3 storey in total) extension to the rear in-lieu of the existing extension, and additional 2 storey extension to the north elevation, and 2 storey floating box window to south elevation of the existing dwelling, iii) conversion of the existing rear garage to new garden room, iv) construction of a new single-storey garage to the eastern boundary, v) minor internal alterations to basement, ground and second floors, together with all associated landscaping site and engineering works necessary to facilitate the development.
