Anna and Jamil Abubakar are seeking Planning Permission for the construction of a ground floor extension to the rear of their home at 81 Ballymun Road, Dublin 9, D09 YE35, comprising an enlarged kitchen, dining and living area together with all necessary internal modifications. The works include for the provision of a rear facing dormer to an existing converted attic space and the relocation of an existing rear roof-light. A redundant, existing chimney stack will be removed to the rear. It is also proposed to adapt the existing hipped roof of the house in order to form a full gable, together with all associated landscaping and external works.
