The works will consist of the demolition of a chimney and portion of roof. The construction of a single-storey extension at ground floor level, a dormer-type extension at second floor level with solar panels to the roof of the dormer extension, the insertion of a new circular window at second floor level and the construction of a bicycle shed. All works are to be located to the rear of the property. No parking spaces or significant trees will be affected
