PROTECTED STRUCTURE: PERMISSION & RETENTION:Permission is sought for the installation, at the main entrance doors at ground floor of the existing office building (protected structure), of: An external aluminum signage plaque (c. 0.22 sq m) on the contemporary door frame on the northern elevation to Green Street East; and, an external aluminum signage plaque (c. 0.22 sq m) on the brick wall on the southern elevation to Hanover Quay. Retention permission is sought for the frosted vinyl logo sign and pixel manifestation (c. 0.62 sq m) on the double glass door on the southern elevation to Hanover Quay (protected structure). This application relates to proposed development within the North Lotts & Grand Canal Dock Strategic Development Zone Planning Scheme area.
