1) Existing Garage - reduce the size of the existing garage, and change existing mono pitch roof to an apex roof with skylights (to match house), 2) Existing dwelling - a) demolish existing front porch and construct new porch in its place, b) extend roof on south elevation to create an overhang, install skylights in roof, modify windows on the front (east) and side (south) elevations, 3) The construction of a rear extension, to accommodate; kitchen/dining/family space, office, utility room, 4) New skylights in the new extension roof, 5) Existing site entrance to be widened and modified, 6) There will also be internal modifications to the existing dwelling and all associated site works
