Permission for (1) A single-storey extension to the front of an existing dwelling, (2) Conversion of an attached garage to habitable space and (3) Change of colour to the existing brick cladding to the front elevation. Permission is further sought for retention of various elevational alterations including (1) Modifications to external openings to the side and rear at both ground and first-floor level, (2) The removal of a chimney to the side and (3) The addition of a mono-pitch roof and rooflight to the side and rear in place of a former roof over all single-storey areas of the dwelling.
