PROTECTED STRUCTURE:PERMISSION: The development will consist of : Change of use of the building from office use to single family residential dwelling. Demolition of existing non-original two storey side extension (37.2sqm).-Construction of new three storey side and single storey rear extension (210.7). -Minor interior alterations including moving of some non-original walls repair works to existing structure where necessary.
