PERMISSION:The proposed development comprises of the removal of the existing single storey rear store and the removal of the existing garden shed to the rear. The construction of a new part single, part two storey extension to the front, side and rear of the existing two storey house with one associated roof light including all internal reconfiguration and associated refurbishment works. The development will also include for a new garden shed to the rear, the widening of the existing vehicular entrance, all associated site development works, drainage, hard & soft landscaping, and all other ancillary works.
