i) to construct a new standalone warehouse on a brownfield site at the rear of existing commercial buildings; ii) to upgrade existing internal roadways, & to connect to the existing service internal roadways, which in turn connect to the public road; iii) to connect to the public drainage & potable water services, & for all associated infrastructure & connections; iv) for the construction of a new ESB substation on the site; & v) for all boundary & site treatments, including the provision of surface car parking & dock levellers to serve the building
