1. The partial demolition of the existing golf clubhouse where the remaining core will be separated into 2 detached elements, i.e. a north & a south element, 2. for change of use of the south element to a dwelling, including revised elevations, 3. for change of use of the remaining north element to a garage, domestic storage and a covered patio, including revised elevations, 4. to install new septic system to current EPA guidelines, 5. for the reduction/alteration of hard standings within the site boundaries, 6. to re-configure the existing entrance as shared with the dwelling to the south, 7. and for all other associated site works
