For permission and permission for retention for the construction of a part two and part three-storey Surgical Hub building with 2nd floor plant enclosure and roof level PV panels, 2 no. generator buildings, diesel tank, exhaust scrubber building, VIE (Vacuum Insulated Evaporator) compound, a totem sign, demolition of an existing medical gas store, modifications to Ref. No. 18/38122 and associated car parking, bicycle parking, signage, landscaping and site development works at Cork University Hospital, Bishopstown Road, Cork. The proposed modifications to Ref. No. 18/38122 includes the omission of the permitted two-storey staff car park on the west side of the Hospital campus. Permission is also sought for the retention and completion for the site enabling works consisting of treatments including retaining walls.
