Permission is also sought for the retention of the existing substructure & ground works of both buildings on site, and for the completion of both buildings in accordance with the granted permission ref. no. 20/530, re-utilising as external finishes the demolition material comprising stone cladding & roof slates currently stored on site, to include for all ancillary site works
