the development will consist of the following (1) To construct a one and a half storied type dwelling house and a detached domestic garage (2) To install a proprietary waste water treatment unit and percolation area (3) To make a new entrance onto the Cul-De Sac roadway. The proposed new entrance will be part of a combined entrance which will also serve an adjoining site which is the subject of a separate planning application (4) and all ancillary site development works
