Permission for development consisting of extension and alterations to the existing four-storey Pharmacy Building, College Road, Cork. The works comprise the following: Installation of a new revolving entrance door to the existing southern entrance; modifications to the south elevation in the atrium including new glazed opening sections, aluminum panels and louvres; infilling the southern atrium void at first and second floor levels to include research space and offices; construction of a part single, part two-storey extension to the north which includes a new lower ground floor entrance lobby, a new stair core from the lower ground to the upper ground floor, five new breakout spaces, and increased capacity in three lower ground floor lecture rooms.
