The proposal forms an extension to the development permitted under Reg. Ref.: SD22A/0099 and includes vehicular and pedestrian access off the permitted internal access road to the immediate south of the proposed units. The application site is located to the north west of, and will be accessed from, the development permitted under Reg. Ref.: SD22A/0099 (to be known as Apex Hub), and is located to the southeast of Crosslands Business Park, Ballymount Road Lower.
