The proposal consists of two additional one bed apartments on the second floor of Block B east side of the site. Apartment 1. (67.5 sq.m) is located on the north side of Block B and apartment 2. (45 sq.m) is located on the south side of Block B. the gross sq.m of the proposed works is 112.5 sq.m
