The proposed development is a change of plan from that previously permitted by Cork County Council planning reference 19/4124 and will replace 6 no. 3-bedroom semi-detached units and 4 no. 2-bedroom semi-detached units. Access to the proposed development will be provided via the estate entrance and internal road network permitted by Cork County Council planning reference 19/4124, serving the Elmbury residential development which is currently under construction
