The development consists of; a) The demolition of the existing single storey extension, the boiler house and external WC to the rear of the property; b) the construction of a two story extension to the rear of the property incorporating a kitchen area on the ground floor and bedroom on the first floor and; c) the relocation of the existing pedestrian gate on the rear boundary wall of the property to a new location on the rear boundary wall of the property.
