Retention permission is sought for minor amendments/alterations of the development permitted under Cork County Council planning reg ref: 19/04962. The amendments/alterations include the following: (i) increase of previously permitted floor area of building from 462m2 to 508m2 (ii) change of orientation of extension (iii) alterations to all previously approved elevations of extension (iv) construction of new plant room to east elevation of extension (v) installation of new boundary treatments (vi) increase in height of previously approved boundary treatments (vii) widening of existing driveway entrance (viii) alterations to previously approved site and landscaping plan, and (ix) all associated and ancillary works to facilitate the changes.
