Demolition of the existing structure (Block D- formerly a Public House) at the junction of Main Street & Boherboy Road, Saggart and rebuilding of a new structure to match the previous. A careful record of the existing external details via point cloud and photographic surveys shall be done before the demolition. The new development will be rebuilt in new masonry to the exact dimensions of the previous building and matching survey drawings and structure photographs taken for the existing structure located at this site.
