Alterations to existing dwellinghouse to include: 1) Proposed ground floor extensions, first floor modifications and attic conversion. 2) The construction of a new single storey entrance porch on the northern elevation. 3) Raise the ridge by 17cm and alter roof to rear. 4) Carry out all associated site works.
