To demolish the existing rear extension to the rear of the existing dwelling house and to construct a new extension to the side and rear elevations with alterations to the existing dwelling house including 2 new roof windows to existing roof, decommission the existing septic tank and install a new wastewater treatment system with percolation area with all associated site and ancillary works.
