Alterations to the proposed development from that previously granted permission under Planning Reg. No. 20/4425, and the alterations consist of the following: (1) the proposed minor alterations to the boundaries of the site and boundary treatments, (2) the proposed erection of an ESB substation and switch room within the site , (3) the proposed alterations to the internal layouts of the proposed nursing home including the extension of stairs 3 upwards to serve the roof level and the relocation of stairs 2 in the building and revisions of layouts to suit, and the replacement of rooflights with sun tunnels, (4) the proposed minor alterations to elevations, (5) the proposed fencing and access gates to compound on lower ground floor level, (6) the proposed extensions and alterations to the building at lower ground floor level which include the formation of additional enclosed Plantroom space (76 sq m) and maintenance storage space (72 sq m) within the covered area, plus (7) construction of 100m3 CWS storage tank beneath carpark for firefighting together with all associated site works and ancillary services.
