Strategic Logistical, storage and distribution warehouse units, incorporating office accommodation, 2 no. bicycle shelters, associated site signage (4 no. 1.8m high totem signs), adjusted site entrance access off existing Estates Road, site levelling and contouring, 2no. waste compactors, truck loading, hardstanding and truck parking bay areas, 66 no. car parking spaces of which include, 4 no. disabled spaces, and 4 no. electric charging spaces, and all other ancillary and associated site development works including landscaping. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with the application.
