Modifications to the service station permitted under Cork County Council ref. 18/7323 comprising: 1) the extension of the site to the south to increase the overall site/development area; 2) the relocation and modifications to 2 no. vehicular entrances, fuel dispensers/forecourt, signage, lighting, car/cycle parking and fuel vents; 3) provision of additional fuel dispenser and new air/water/vacuum services and 4) all associated site development works including landscaping and boundary treatments.
