(A) Change of house type and quantity of units from that granted under Permission 07/57046 comprising 24 dwelling units in 5 no. blocks of two storey terraced houses made up of 4 x 2 bed dwelling units per block and 1 no. two storey apartment block made up of 4 no. x 1 bed units (two on ground floor & two on first floor) all with their own private external balcony/terrace, all to be serviced by connections to existing wastewater infrastructure with minor amendments as granted under Planning No: 07/57046 & extended 17772; (B) Construction and completion of road infrastructure with amendments to road levels and gradients from those, as granted under Planning 07/57046 and extended 17772; (C) Construction and completion of drainage and stormwater network with amendments to previous manhole cover levels from those, granted under Planning 07/57046 and extended 17772; (D) Construction of bin stores and bicycle parking, ancillary to apartment block; (E) Erection of boundary and dividing walls, and all ancillary site works
