(1) Permission for the retention of development which consists of: alterations to, and change of use of, 2no. agricultural buildings to tea rooms and indoor activity area; petting farm; external crazy golf area and courtyard; existing effluent treatment tank; and all associated site development works as constructed; and (2) Permission for development which will consist of alterations to, and change of use of 1no. agricultural building to an early years day care/pre-school with 2no. classrooms, boot and locker room and outdoor play area; elevational changes; external public play area; decommissioning of the existing effluent tank and construction of a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area; and all associated site development works.
