(a) construct a new single storey extension to rear, (b) change flat roof on existing front porch to pitched roof, (c) install a new window to southern elevation, (d) remove existing back door and kitchen window on northern elevation and replace with single window, all to existing dwellinghouse and (e) install a new wastewater treatment unit and polishing filter and all associated site works.
